BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Preparing for Your Visit

A few simple things to know so you can arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy the morning.

Footwear & Safety

Closed-toe shoes are required for your safety and comfort — sneakers or sturdy walking shoes are strongly recommended. Please avoid sandals, flip-flops, or high heels. You'll be walking on a working horse farm, and proper footwear makes the experience far more enjoyable.

Booking & Cancellation

All bookings are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule is permitted within one year of the original booking, subject to availability. All booking decisions related to weather are made by Sunrise with the Horses to ensure the safety of both our guests and the horses.

What to Wear

Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather, as this experience takes place outdoors. We suggest dressing in layers, as early mornings can be cool before the sun rises. A light jacket or warm sweater is always a good idea.

Weather Policy

Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. If we determine that weather conditions are unsafe due to heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, or other severe conditions, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a rain date or the opportunity to reschedule. If the scheduled rain date is also canceled, you may reschedule one time within one year. Light mist or overcast skies do not automatically result in cancellation — these conditions can still provide a beautiful and peaceful sunrise experience.
